    Internet access remains a key growth factor, with 96% penetration nationwide, enabling operators to reach a broad and digitally connected audience. Smartphones dominate player behavior, representing 63% of gambling activity, while desktop usage stands at 36%.

    Licensed Operators Still a Minority

    Despite the market’s size, only 37% of gambling activity is conducted by licensed operators, indicating room for further regulation and market consolidation. Industry observers note that increasing regulatory clarity could significantly reshape competitive dynamics in the coming years.
